Sessions are set at 60 minutes, ensuring a focused and productive experience. For couples, sessions are extended to 1 hour 30 minutes to accommodate both individuals adequately.

For those who prefer face-to-face interaction, counselling sessions are available in Preston. This is located near to the town centre and is accessible via car or train, there is free parking outside.
