I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Salford and am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP #00948037). Over the past five years, I’ve worked in various settings, including schools, colleges, children's homes, elderly care homes, mental health charities, NHS-funded services, global counselling services, and private practice.

Since June 2020, I’ve been running my own private practice, which has grown into my full-time passion. This journey has allowed me to understand the many challenges life can throw our way at different stages. I’ve had the privilege of working with clients ranging from 5 to 86 years old, and remote counselling has let me connect with people from all over the world.

As a young woman and a counsellor, I know that we don’t always have all the answers (even though I wish we did!). What I can promise is a friendly, creative, and supportive space where we can work through your unique challenges together. Whether you’re a young person figuring out your path, part of a couple looking to strengthen your bond, or an adult dealing with life’s ups and downs, I’m here to help.
